too long!!!

Wow it has been way to long since I have posted anything. Almost a year. We are gearing up for a new fall season- starting out with the 2011 IFBB Olympia in Vegas with Tanji Johnson. Very excited to see Tanji perform and bring it. I have known Tanji since the fall of 2001. The transformations I have seen Tanji is very inspiring. I am very honored to be a part of her journey to becoming the champion she is. Check out this link to see her prepping for the show. http://mdtv.musculardevelopment.com/trenches/4086-qno-looking-back-no-quittingq-tanji-johnson-one-week-out.html

A week after the Olympia we are headed to the Washington Ironman. This show is always fun, especially because it is located so close to our location. Then a week later over to the big town of Spokane for the Nights of Championships located in the Northern Quest Casino- one of the best venues around- a beautiful hotel room connected to the venue- you don't have to leave the location to attend.

Why am I writing about what we are doing you may ask? Well because for the first time in many years, instead of overwhelming me, this busy time is motivating me to get back to where I used to be. This place is in shape and enjoying working out. Making exercise more of a priority in my life. For the past few years I have made school, work, and family the top priorities and let taking care of myself physically drop to the back burner. Not that school, work, and family are not important but so is working out and eating right. So today is my first day of a new outlook on how I get things done. I need to find the enjoyment of working out hard- instead of looking at it as a chore.
